Kathleen joined Elite in 1999 and focuses on the placement of lateral associates and in-house counsel in the high-tech and life science areas. She concentrates on the highest level of satisfaction and professionalism with strengths in organization, trouble-shooting and problem-solving to achieve positive win-win results for clients and candidates. Kathleen incorporates a career development approach to the recruiting process, working closely with candidates on long term career planning, job search strategy and transition management. Kathleen’s emphasis of adhering to client’s search requests by defining hard and soft requirements, have developed many long-term relationships by gaining a full understanding of the client's needs, resulting in a large number of referrals and recommendations.
Kathleen brings to Elite over 20+ years experience in sales, marketing and customer service. She held a position of medical marketing manager and administrator for successful elective surgery facilities and medical practices.
