Ideal candidate will have 2-7 years experience, strong law firm training, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ph.D. or M.S. in biotechnology, biochemistry or chemistry is required together with strong communication skills. The role will be working with a biotech portfolio and responsibilities will focus on patent prosecution (both domestic and foreign), opinion work, client counseling.
