Caroline is one of the founding partners of Elite Search Consultants and has been recruiting intellectual property attorneys since 1997. Born in the UK, raised in Australia, she has happily resided in Southern California since 1995. Caroline’s Australian professional experience included both the public and private sectors with a focus on roles that required strong communication and client service skills. Prior to transitioning to IP recruiting, she was engaged in the planning and execution of conferences and seminars and served as a member of the personal staff of Australia’s Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Caroline focuses on the placement of lateral associates with law firms and in-house counsel placements with corporations nationwide. With a particular focus on the high technology and life science/pharmaceutical arts, she is dedicated to providing her clients and candidates with the highest level of integrity, customer service and market knowledge.
