Seeking a highly qualified patent prosecution associate or patent agent with 4 to 10 years’ experience to join its growing and dynamic Intellectual Property Practice Group in our Houston office or Atlanta.
Candidates must have IP experience with drafting and patent prosecution, a mechanical engineering degree (advanced degrees and/or work experience prior to law school strongly preferred), and USPTO membership. Candidates also should have familiarity with machinery, mechanical and/or electro-mechanical systems - oil and gas experience. IP transactional experience also is a plus.
