Requirements:
Ph.D. degree in Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry or a like degree
5+ years exp.
USPTO Registration
A broad range of patent-related legal expertise is required, including patent preparation, both U.S. and foreign prosecution, IP due diligence, and strategic counseling. Extensive experience drafting patent applications directed to gene therapy, antibodies, peptides, and other biologics. Ability to independently oversee legal matters, manage the use of outside legal counsel, and work collaboratively with other personnel. Ability to set aggressive deadlines, handle multiple complex legal matters, and see projects through to conclusion.
